Project Manager (M/F/X)
(Dutch/French/English)
Function
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete follow-up of projects, from the sales phase through to installation at the customer’s site. You act as the link between the customer, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring that every project is executed correctly from a technical perspective and in line with expectations.
Your responsibilities:
- Following up projects after the sale through to delivery at the customer’s site.
- Measuring and assessing installations at customer locations.
- Discussing project files and requirements with customers.
- Monitoring projects in collaboration with the design office, production department, and customer care team (for installation and start-up).
- Maintaining close contact with (international) customers, architects, interior architects, and technical contractors. (Projects are mainly located in France and the United Kingdom.)
- Providing technical support to the commercial team.
Requirements
- You hold a bachelor’s-level qualification, preferably in a technical field or interior design, or you have acquired equivalent experience.
- You combine technical and spatial insight with strong practical problem-solving skills.
- You have an affinity with technical drawings and can accurately take measurements and develop sketches.
- You work autonomously and can manage a project from a technical perspective from the sales stage through to final delivery.
- You possess strong communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
- Professional verbal and written proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
- Frequent travel and overnight stays, both within Belgium and internationally, are not a problem for you. This mainly includes travel to France, the United Kingdom, and Spain.
- You are flexible and understand that project follow-up may sometimes require attention outside traditional office hours.
