The steps of the application procedure further detailed:
- First interview with an HR Flux consultant, either at the office or online. In this introductory meeting, we will discuss your profile in-depth and provide detailed information about our client and the specific role. This interview can take place online or in person at one of our offices (Kortrijk or Ghent).
- Presentation of your candidacy to our client. We will present your candidacy to our client. After receiving positive feedback, you will proceed to an interview with our client.
- Testing. If there is a match on both sides, a screening will follow. This takes place at our office and/or online to further map out your personality, motivation, and cognitive competencies. The results of the screening will be thoroughly discussed in a personal meeting. This way, you as a candidate will gain better insight into your competencies and growth potential.
- Feedback session – Hiring. If you agree with the offer from our client, you can sign your contract and start in your new role!
- Follow-up. Between 3 and 5 months of employment, we will contact you personally to schedule a follow-up meeting. This allows us to check how you are experiencing your new role!
