Our client is a leading company in the wholesale of interior decoration. They supply a wide range of high-quality products to retailers and professionals. They are looking for an:

E-Commerce Manager

Function

You will be responsible for all digital commercial activities. You develop a future-oriented digital strategy aligned with the overall commercial strategy.  You focus on the online B2B customer experience, the optimisation of our digital processes, and the further expansion of our digital customer portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

1.       Digital Strategy and Development 

  • Develop the B2B digital strategy in line with the company’s commercial objectives. 
  • Optimize the online customer experience. 
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and new digital sales channels. 

2.      E-commerce Management (B2B) 

  • Manage and optimize the B2B platform (product data, pricing, promotions, content). 
  • Coordinate improvements in collaboration with IT, marketing, and sales teams. 

3.      Digital Prospecting & Client Acquisition 

  • Analyze customer behavior and conversion data to improve performance. 
  • Develop digital strategies to attract new B2B customers. 
  • Set up lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify and follow up on online leads. 

4.      Data & Performance 

  • Develop dashboards and KPI reports (traffic, conversion, and customer value). 
  • Translate data insights into concrete action plans. 
  • Report results and digital trends to management. 

5.      Leading internal and external teams

  • Lead and motivate the e-commerce team.
  • Maintain oversight of B2C sales activities.
  • Coordinate digital projects with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, E-commerce, or Business Management. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing. 
  • Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, data analytics and performance tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM systems, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools (such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp). 
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, email marketing automation, and UX optimization, with the ability to turn these levers into concrete and measurable growth actions. 
  • Highly analytical, commercial, and results-driven – able to turn ideas into actions. 
  • Communicative, independent, entrepreneurial, and hands-on. 
  • Experience in marketplace management is a plus. 
  • Experience with ERP integrations or online process optimization is an asset. 
  • Trilingual FR/NL/EN (any additional language is a plus).
