Function
Are you an engineer who thrives on solving real-world problems rather than just working from behind a computer? CSE Solutions is looking for high-potential Indian engineers to join their team in Belgium. This is a unique career path: you will start in the field to master our systems and clients, eventually evolving into a Project Manager. We help you thrive and facilitate a smooth welcoming.
The mission:
This is a hybrid role. You won’t just design systems. You will install, troubleshoot, and optimize them on-site. We need someone who understands the why (engineering) and can execute the how (hands-on).
Your Journey:
- Phase 1: Master the technology (Heat Pumps, Solar, HVAC) through hands-on installation and field service.
- Phase 2: Take ownership of client relationships and site management.
- Phase 3: Transition into Project Management, leading high-end energy transitions.
Requirements
- Engineering Mindset: A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
- Hands-on Grit: You enjoy working with your hands and being “in the field.”
- Result-Oriented: When you leave a site, the system must be operational.
- Ambition: A clear desire to grow into a leadership/management role in Europe.
- Eager to learn and explore new environments.
- Reliable.

Offer
- Gross Monthly Salary: €5,941.58.
- Meal Vouchers: €2.59 per working day.
