They are currently looking for an Operations Manager.
Function
Purpose of the role: As Operations Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operational management within Devion and act as the right-hand person to the owner. Together, you translate the company vision and mission into a high-end, professional organisation.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring customer projects, with a strong focus on efficient planning, quality, and profitability.
- Structuring meetings and internal processes.
- Monitoring KPIs (lead time, margin, quality).
- Actively contributing to a customer-focused and results-driven company culture.
Requirements
- You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering Sciences (with solid knowledge of automation, machine construction, or related fields), or you are equivalent through relevant professional experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- You enjoy being intellectually challenged.
- You feel at home in an entrepreneurial, family-oriented environment with short decision-making lines.
- You maintain an overview, set priorities, and know how to motivate people.
- You are strongly customer- and solution-oriented.
- You communicate effectively and can easily switch between the shop floor, engineering, and management.
