After a career of more than 20 years in HRM consultancy, Colin Dewulf decided to establish HR Flux in 2007. The goal was to translate the mission and vision into a distinctive company name. The choice fell on HR Flux, with “Flux” referring to the Latin word “Fluxus” (fluxus = flowing, stream, tide, from the verb ‘fluere’).

Our slogan Careers in motion” also refers to this!
