Product Data Officer
Function
As a Product Data Officer, you play a key role in ensuring that our products meet all safety, quality and legal standards across the markets where we operate. Based on the guidelines provided by our Compliance department you maintain accurate product documentation and contribute to the smooth development, selection and validation of new products.
Your responsibilities:
- Apply and communicate the technical and legal product instructions defined by the Compliance Manager.
- Define and maintain technical product specifications.
- Participate in product selection and evaluate samples (technical and legal aspects).
- Set up, update and safeguard complete product files (digital and paper).
- Ensure accurate and timely registration of product data in the system.
- Define quality control protocols built within the regulatory baseline and audit the process.
- Support procurement in sourcing and evaluating suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in supply chain, product development or/and administration.
- 4–5 years of experience in quality control or product data/documentation.
- Good understanding of QC processes and data management.
- Ability to translate legal requirements into clear product instructions.
- Communicative, structured and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French. Good knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.
