Product Data & Quality Coordinator
Function
As a Product Data & Quality Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring that our products meet all safety, quality and legal standards across the markets where we operate. Based on the guidelines provided by our Compliance department you maintain accurate product documentation and contribute to the smooth development, selection and validation of new products.
Your responsibilities:
- Defining quality control protocols based on regulatory requirements and auditing the process.
- Defining and maintaining technical product specifications.
- Applying and communicating the technical and legal product instructions as defined by the compliance manager.
- Setting up, updating and maintaining complete product files (digital and paper).
- Ensuring accurate and timely registration of product data in the system (HS code, product segmentation, packaging, etc.).
- Supporting the purchasing department in the search for and evaluation of suppliers.
- Monitoring supplier performance and continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
- Assessing samples from a technical and regulatory perspective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in product development or QSHE.
- 4–5 years of experience in quality management or product data/documentation.
- Good understanding of QC processes and data management.
- Ability to translate legal requirements into clear product instructions.
- Communicative, structured and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French. Good knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.
