Quality Coordinator
Function
Objective: As a Quality Coordinator, you are the key player in ensuring quality throughout the entire lifecycle of the machines. You will collaborate with various departments and make sure the machines meet the highest industry standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks, analyze issues, and turn them into solutions.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, checklists, visual inspections, and systems to prevent errors.
- Initiate and guide improvement projects related to quality and safety.
- Strengthen the internal quality and safety culture with a people-oriented approach.
- Increase quality awareness among employees through targeted coaching and training.
Optionally, you can also take on the role of Prevention Advisor (not required). Training can be provided for this as well.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (preferably electromechanics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Accuracy, structure, and independence characterize you.
- Experience in a technical production environment.
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards, or willingness to learn.
- Open to further training and eager to develop yourself.
- Professional knowledge of Dutch and English.
