Sales Manager
(automated handling solutions)

Function

Purpose of the role: With your background in industrial automation and advanced handling applications, you will be a valuable addition to the sales team and a knowledgeable counterpart for our technical specialists.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand an existing customer portfolio in specific niches related to production automation and handling.
  • Actively generate new customer projects within these market segments.
  • Advise existing clients on tailor-made automation solutions and technical concepts.
  • Prepare, follow up, and manage quotations through to the contract phase.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as engineering and project management to ensure solutions are perfectly aligned with customer needs.
  • Monitor market developments and develop strategies to drive growth.

Requirements

  • You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics/Automation or have equivalent experience.
  • Relevant sales experience in the niche market (handling/production automation).
  • You can communicate fluent in Dutch and English. Professional proficiency in French is a plus!
  • You have strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • You enjoy human interaction and have a motivating personality.
  • You are customer-oriented and proactive.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally for international projects.
