After a career of more than 20 years in HRM consultancy, Colin Dewulf decided to establish HR Flux in 2007. The goal was to translate the mission and vision into a distinctive company name. The choice fell on HR Flux, with “Flux” referring to the Latin word “Fluxus” (fluxus = flowing, stream, tide, from the verb ‘fluere’).<\/p>\n

Our slogan Careers in motion<\/em>” also refers to this!<\/p>\n

    Since 2021, Ruben Dewulf, the son of Colin Dewulf, has joined the team. As managing director, Ruben Dewulf continues to carry forward the mission and vision of HR Flux into the future!<\/p>\n
