Our client, Remi Tack BV<\/strong>, specializes in the reconditioning and recycling of industrial plastic packaging, primarily IBCs and HDPE drums. Their customers are located throughout the Benelux and France.<\/p>

At their site in Estaimpuis, 50 employees are responsible for collecting, cleaning, repairing, inspecting, and delivering second-hand packaging. For packaging that cannot be cleaned, components are replaced and reused, or the packaging is fully recycled.<\/p>

Remi Tack is one of more than 80 companies within the Schütz Group<\/strong>, a global leader in industrial packaging.<\/p>

To support their continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their team with an Administrative Officer<\/strong>. <\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Function<\/h4>\n

As an Administrative Officer, you are an important administrative link within the organization. You report to the Finance and HR Manager.<\/p>

Your responsibilities include:<\/p>

  • Supporting daily operations by carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. This mainly involves reporting activities. Thanks to your organizational skills and attention to detail, you ensure that processes run smoothly and that data is processed correctly.<\/li>
  • In the longer term, your responsibilities may be expanded following a positive performance evaluation.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
    • You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.<\/li>
    • You are fully bilingual in French and Dutch, both spoken and written, and have a good command of English.<\/li>
    • You have a good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel. Experience with an ERP system (Business Central) is an advantage.<\/li>
    • Knowledge of Business Central is a plus.<\/li>
    • You have a strong eye for detail.<\/li>
    • You are persistent and can adapt easily.<\/li>
    • You possess strong reporting skills.<\/li>
    • You work efficiently and meet deadlines.<\/li>
    • You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.<\/li>
    • You are eager to learn and quickly absorb new information.<\/li>
    • You handle confidential information with discretion.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n
