The high level of commitment from both management and employees contributes to a positive and team-oriented organizational culture.<\/p> <p>To support its continued growth, we are looking for an <strong>innovative Business Developer<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Function<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p>In this newly created position, you will focus on identifying, developing, and commercializing new market opportunities within the Benelux region and neighboring markets.<\/p> <p>In summary, your responsibilities include:<\/p> <ul> <li>Developing and implementing a business plan focused on growth.<\/li> <li>Actively developing new markets and commercial opportunities.<\/li> <li>Building sustainable customer relationships through inbound and outbound acquisition.<\/li> <li>Conducting B2B negotiations and preparing profitable proposals.<\/li> <li>Collaborating with the sales team, internal sales support, and operations.<\/li> <li>Regularly reporting on results, opportunities, and market developments.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><ul> <li>Experience in the recycling, wastewater treatment, or waste management sector is a strong asset.<\/li> <li>You have a genuine affinity for business development, sales development, and\/or B2B sales.<\/li> <li>You demonstrate strong commercial talent and thrive on developing new markets.<\/li> <li>You combine creativity and innovation with a results-driven approach.<\/li> <li>Perseverance, ambition, eagerness to learn, and resilience are among your key strengths.<\/li> <li>You are autonomous and adapt easily within a changing environment.<\/li> <li>Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
