Sales Technical Officer
Our client is seeking a Sales Technical Officer to approach clients in a professional and customer-oriented manner, provide technical and administrative responses, and oversee associated projects at the offices in Péruwelz.
You will collaborate with and work under the responsibility of a project manager and technical staff to provide our clients with technically correct solutions and user-friendly follow-up.
You will be involved from the tender phase until delivery of the project/products, as well as commercial follow-up and invoicing.
Some examples of your tasks include:
Drafting tenders/proposals based on the needs of clients.
Monitoring customer orders.
Compiling the technical dossier for client approval in collaboration with draftsmen, workshop supervisors, and project managers.
Tracking the closure of your files (profitability analysis, invoicing, and archiving).
You have the necessary technical affinity.
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (in technical fields, real estate, etc.) or a Master’s degree (in engineering, architecture, etc.) is desirable.
You enjoy interacting with customers and do so in a pleasant and professional manner. Given the international nature of our client, we require candidates to speak and understand both English and French. Additional language skills are a plus.
You are administratively strong and can work in a structured and precise manner.
You think systematically and can work both independently and as part of a team.
