Invibes has developed advertising solutions using an in-feed format built into media content. The principle is similar to social networks and it is optimized for dissemination in a closed network of media websites. Their clientele includes a large number of acclaimed companies: advertisers and media agencies. Invibes is looking to grow their R&D team with a sharp-minded and out-of-the-box thinking Functional Analyst for their R&D projects, mainly in the area of software development.

This is a key role for Invibes, an innovation driven technology company, that will help scale their platform with features that bring direct value to the customers.

FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Goal of the role: this role will directly contribute to our innovation from within the R&D team by clarifying functional requirements, looking at all angles and implications of requests to come to the best possible outcomes, clearly defining all functional aspects for the development team, as well as interact with our stakeholders to make the above crystal clear. Invibes is in that regard looking for a creative teamplayer with some technical and practical understanding about the challenges of a web product with millions of active users (>100M) and big data (>2.5M daily active pages generating more than 80GB of raw data).

As Functional Analyst you are entrusted with the following tasks:

Work out high level requests into deeply defined functional specifications, taking into account also non-functional requirements.
Align and validate functional design with all stakeholders.
Efficient design & out-of-the-box thinking to propose pragmatic solutions.
Create clear and exhaustive requirements documents.
Deep analysis of the new project/feature impact in existing system, processes or business flows.
Occasional data & market analysis in the context of research for new features.
Collaborate with the software development team to handover the functional designs and remain the main contact person for clarifications liaising with the upper stakeholders.
Create client-facing documentation for internal teams of new features.

Functie

You are fluent in English (Dutch would be a big plus).
You are an analytical thinker.
You have a Master degree in a relevant domain (or you can demonstrate a Master level) with minimum two years of relevant working experience.
You are driven by innovation and you are a creative thinker.
You can work autonomously & structured in a high paced environment.
You always pay attention to details and can rely on your deep understanding of high level requirements, business vision, complex data driven systems and data flows.
You are open to work with colleagues in other geographies in Europe, and occasionally travel in Europe.
You have knowledge of SQL, .NET, big data platforms and GDPR is a plus.
You are solution driven.
